Xbox product Marketing & Marketing Management

After the usibility project Microsoft asked me to assist in the Xbox team. They had a great Category manager but needed some more insights in their data about the retail market.

Here we also had one power bi that's used accross all countries to give details about every aspect of the retail market. 7 months into this project Microsoft reorganised and they asked me to stay as only emplyee responsible for the Xbox Marketing in Belgium.

My responibilities were:

  • Optimise use of data and reportings
  • Creation and implemantation of the Xbox Marketing plan
  • Creation of channel and online marketing plan
  • Tracking forcasting/allocation through Power BI
  • Organising events like:
    • Gameforce
    • Luxembourg gaming experience
    • Launch of the new console/games

During these years I've learned a lot of the tools Microsoft does and created a nice network of people all willing to grow the gaming brand and make Belgium a true top country.
