After a couple of successful promotions at Corendon I got a call from Microsoft if I could help them with the usability of their Microsoft store. They have the problem that the website is an international website made by programmers in different countries. My responsibilities here are:

  • Markets nl_BE and fr_BE
  • Reports of Shop the sites worldwide
  • Training of Customer Experience experts in Europe
  • Guidance of Customer Experience experts in Europe
  • Making microsoftstore promotions on Edge
  • Promoting apps on Edge
  • Testing new features

In my job I also try to improve the customer experience on, and other Microsoft branded pages.
